Rainbow Dreams Mini Retreat

 

Hello everyone! We are so excited to be hosting another ATX Planner Addicts event! We found a venue that is centrally located and offers a ton of eateries and attractions within walking distance.

The Rainbow Dreams Mini Retreat is an event for all planner enthusiasts. This will be a time to relax and get creative with your planners while socializing and shopping. We will have supplies & tools to make dashboards, buttons and other fun projects in addition to the make-n-takes included in each swag bag.

Swapper's Guidelines: 
Please bring small items such as clips, charms or stickers that are easy to carry around and swap. Include your business card or social media information. 

Lunch is not provided & outside food is not allowed in the event room. There is a Starbucks as well as a Southwest Bistro located in the hotel.

Tickets are for the event only, the cost of parking will need to be paid to the hotel ($5 all-day parking).


Registration
You must register first! This is a ticketed only event. If you have not purchased a ticket in advance, there will be no entry. Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before purchasing a ticket because tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are Non-Refundable, you may not exchange the ticket price for a credit. Goody bags will not be mailed if you do not attend.

For shops that make/sell planner or scrapbook-related products: please fill out the following form to reserve your spot at our event. Once the form is submitted you will be contacted to confirm your spot within 7 business days. ATX Planner Addicts events are an excellent opportunity to promote your business, to generate sales, create sales leads and to gain referrals.

Vendor ticket includes:

  • Exposure to 100+ event attendees

  • Images & link to your shop on event registration page, FB event page and IG

  • Inclusion in event print media

  • 6FT table & 2 chairs (you may trade your table for a floor fixture if you have one)
